Prayer is how we can talk to God and let HIM know our request or needs. 

Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Phillippians Chapter 4 verse 6

The bible says If any two agree as touching anything, it shall be done.  

Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew18 verse 19
